Returns and Exchanges
If the product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and return the defective product by cash on delivery. We will promptly send a replacement product or refund. Returns due to customer convenience will be accepted within 10 days of product arrival. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
